Ever since I need to take my compulsory leave till next year (A full 13 days including Saturday and Sunday), I figure I will review what else was in my 2007 Resolution and one of them happened to be, “read more books (irregardless whether its fiction or non-fiction)”.
I bought a few books before this and decide that I will bring them out and read them.
When I first bought the book, Honk! If You’re Malaysian, I thought to myself should be a good and light-reading.

But seriously, I felt the book was just a waste of money and it didn’t really grab my attention for long. I got a bit restless after reading about 20-pages. Certain points do make sense but its just not my cup of tea as some jokes seems quite familiar.
Then I moved on to PS I Love You by Cecelia Ahern.

A quick note. Cecelia Ahern is the daughter of Ireland current Prime Minister. I will recommend this but this is a light reading, not the “massive-suspense” provided. So if you are looking for a more interesting book, I won’t recommend this. I know that the movie is launched on 21 December 2007, I’m hoping that it will be better than the book.
Then I read the book known as The Secret. The main topic revolves around the “Law of Attraction”. Quite an interesting read, I reckon.

And right now, I’m resting in between and started another John Grisham book known as The Innocent Man. John Grisham never fails to suprise me since I last read The Broker and i’m only in Chapter 4 and he has already blown me away into the book.

Merry Christmas everyone.
*hugs*

any quotable quotes from the Secret? a friend of mine read it summarizing that nothing special just some of those things in life that you’d already known, only that the author structurized it in a more proper manner.

Quotable quotes? Not really, but I think its just like what you say, that they structure in the right way and ways to implement so that you can actually understand it.
Mainly revolves around the LOA, which is the main principal behind the book
