I have personally dine in Senses, KL Hilton a few times and I actually love their food.  🙂  This festive season, Senses via Chef de Cuisine Michael Elfwing has combined creativity while retaining the traditions of classic cuisines.  This Christmas, tuck into their specialty menu 🙂

Christmas Canapes

(consist of Feuille de brick & truffle crisp, Thyme Macaron with duck liver pate and Foie Gras pralines)

Chestnut Soup

(Chestnut Soup with Foie Gras, Celery and Maple)

Mandagery Creek Venison 

(Sous-vide then grilled venison rack,compote of handpicked Swedish lingon berries, organic parsnip puree, sauteed baby spinach)

or if Venison is not your choice of mains, you can choose the Winter Seafood Medley

(Seared Atlantic halibut and ocean trout served with Nordic Shrimp & Hokkaido Bay scallop, lennel & celeriac with dill veloute)

And of course Dessert 🙂
